Loyalty means trust and confidence towards the product or company. The lifetime value and the loyalty both are different paths but they are related to each other in one way. The steady growth and quality of the products make you gain loyalty. The customer lifetime value is the product of the average lifetime of the customer. It also refers to an average profit per sale to the customer makes in the purchase every year. By doing this you will know how much is the increase in the number of consumers, the average life of the customer, profits sales, and the customer base size. Now comes the topic of customer loyalty, this tells us how much the organization has profited.
